Network Engineer
Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma (CSE / IT / Electronics or a related field)
Job Description
- Should have handled the Projects by self and know entire life cycle of the Project.
- Experience in 3-5 star Hotel projects is a plus
- Have hands on experience in installation, Configuration, testing of Core, Aggregation, Distribution and Access Switches
- Familiarity with major brands like Cisco, HP Aruba and Huawei is Plus
- Experience in PABX system deployment
- Familiarity with major brands like Alcatel, Mitel Etc.
- Good understanding of physical layer network
- Responsible for preparation and submission of all projects related documents
- Able to self-understand the drawings and scope of work of a given project.
- Attend Project review meetings and present Project status.
- Should be able to handle a team of three, assign tasks and coordinate effectively.
- Should be able to handle subcontractors, supervise and guide the execution incompliance to the project requirements and specifications
- Responsible for completing the tasks assigned and assist superiors in timely completion of the Projects
- Should read and understand the equipment user manuals and configure the new systems
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate HSE standards at Customer Sites
- Effectively troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or any component in the system.
- Supporting sales team on designing and proposing Network Solutions
- Coordinating with multiple vendors for required products and obtaining techno-commercial proposals.
- Keeping self updated on latest Products and solutions in the market.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in similar nature of the JD.
Certifications: CCNA and others as relevant
Senior Sales & Service Engineer-ICT Service Center Business
We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled Senior Sales & Service Engineer to lead business growth for our ICT Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of enterprise-grade laptops, desktops, and printers to corporate and retail clients.
- Drive sales of enterprise-software like MS Office, Antivirus, Data recovery.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue from out-of-warranty device repair and service contracts.
- Build strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, channel partners, and resellers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion plans.
- On-boarding other brands & agencies.
Service Operations & Delivery
- Scale the service business by implementing efficient workflows for device repairs and upgrades.
- Manage end-to-end service operations for out-of-warranty devices with focus on quality and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely supply of genuine spare parts to service centers, local shops, and retail outlets.
- Monitor service KPIs (TAT, customer satisfaction, repeat business) and implement improvements.
Process & Compliance
- Establish and enforce SOPs for collection, logging, repairing, and returning customer devices.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and warranty status tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data security policies during service handling.
Technical & Customer Support
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and guide service teams in resolving complex ICT hardware issues.
- Train junior engineers and technicians to maintain service quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ICT sales and service, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise laptops, desktops, and printers (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.).
- Experience in service business operations, including spare parts supply chain and warranty management.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage client accounts.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Engineer – Life Safety with strong local market knowledge to drive business growth across fire safety, power backup, and emergency systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the local market.
- Promote and sell fire alarm systems, UPS/EV chargers, central battery systems, and other fire safety solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, facility managers, and government authorities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Market & Account Management
