Senior Engineer - Projects & Commissioning (BMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BMS project execution from design through commissioning and handover.
• Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Oversee installation, system integration (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security, IoT), and testing & commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BMS project execution and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Project Engineer - MEP ( Swimming Pool)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oman/Gulf
• Strong knowledge in MEP / swimming pool systems
• Valid driving license required

Engineer - Projects ( Kitchen Equipment)

The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial kitchen, walk-in coldrooms and laundry equipment projects. This role involves reviewing project details, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Exposure in handling hotel projects, high end restaurants will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Troubleshoot Mitigate issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or changes promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, close out documentations and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Proven track record of handling projects for 4-star/5-star hotels and hospitals, including high-value installations.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.

Skills:

• Good project planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene and operational standards in hospitality environment.
• Technical understanding of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation and operation.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with international equipment brands and specifications.

Network Engineer

Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma (CSE / IT / Electronics or a related field)

Job Description

• Should have handled the Projects by self and know entire life cycle of the Project.
• Experience in 3-5 star Hotel projects is a plus
• Have hands on experience in installation, Configuration, testing of Core, Aggregation, Distribution and Access Switches
• Familiarity with major brands like Cisco, HP Aruba and Huawei is Plus
• Experience in PABX system deployment
• Familiarity with major brands like Alcatel, Mitel Etc.
• Good understanding of physical layer network
• Responsible for preparation and submission of all projects related documents
• Able to self-understand the drawings and scope of work of a given project.
• Attend Project review meetings and present Project status.
• Should be able to handle a team of three, assign tasks and coordinate effectively.
• Should be able to handle subcontractors, supervise and guide the execution incompliance to the project requirements and specifications
• Responsible for completing the tasks assigned and assist superiors in timely completion of the Projects
• Should read and understand the equipment user manuals and configure the new systems
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate HSE standards at Customer Sites
• Effectively troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or any component in the system.
• Supporting sales team on designing and proposing Network Solutions
• Coordinating with multiple vendors for required products and obtaining techno-commercial proposals.
• Keeping self updated on latest Products and solutions in the market.

 Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in similar nature of the JD.

Certifications: CCNA and others as relevant
